Curve applying for state grant for PNG upgrades

The Logan Township supervisors Thursday approved a support letter for the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program application. Binghamton rallied from a four-run deficit to tie in the late innings, but Altoona regrouped in time with two runs in the ninth for an 8-6 win at Maritoba Stadium.
