For the second night in a row the Altoona Curve offense erupted, this time for a 8-1 victory over the Akron RubberDucks in front of 2,802 fans at PNG Field Wednesday night. From Mirror reports BOWIE, Md. — The Bowie Baysox rallied for a pair of late runs in a 3-1 win over Altoona on Friday night in an Eastern League matchup at Prince George’s Stadium in Bowie. Jackson Wolf tossed five scoreless innings to start the game for Altoona and limited the Baysox to just three baserunners on 72 pitches thrown.
