From Mirror reports BOWIE, Md. — The Curve dropped their fourth straight game on Wednesday morning, losing 5-0 at Bowie in an Eastern League matchup for Altoona. The Curve got just five hits, all from five different players. The last baserunner of the game for Altoona was a leadoff single in the fifth inning by Wyatt Hendrie. Carlos Tavera retired 12 straight batters to end the game for Bowie (6-5). Seven of those outs came via a strikeout. From Mirror reports BOWIE, Md. — A five-run seventh inning proved to be too much for the Altoona Curve Tuesday night in a 10-4 loss to the Bowie Baysox at Prince George Stadium. The Curve, who dropped to 4-5, also had to deal with Bowie starting pitcher Kyle Bradish, who was on a rehab start for the Baltimore Orioles. The Altoona Curve fell, 10-2, to the Harrisburg Senators on Sunday afternoon at PNG Field in front of 4,096 fans. From Mirror reports For the second night in a row, the Altoona Curve and Harrisburg Senators were postponed due to rain on Friday at Peoples Natural Gas Field. The game will be made up as a doubleheader in Harrisburg during the April 30 – May 5 series, with a date to be announced later.
