Helen M. Glashauser, 98, of Hollidaysburg, formerly of Altoona, passed away Saturday morning at Garvey Manor Nursing Home, Hollidaysburg. She was born in Curwensville, the daughter of the late Robert and Agnes (Slovick) Crookshank. She was twice married: first to Mark Farrell who passed away Nov. 10, 1970, and later to George Glashauser, who passed away May 31, 2011. Mary Joyce Law

Mary Joyce Law, 89, of Altoona, passed away Monday. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late William and Pearl (Wolf) Johnson. Joyce was married twice, first to William Samuelson, and later to Ed Law, who preceded her in death. Surviving are sons, Bill (Donna) and Jeff Samuelson; her stepson, Ed Law (Carrie); and her first husband, William Samuelson. A proud 1954 graduate of Altoona High School, Joyce devoted over 45 years to her beauty career in Juniata. In accordance with her wishes, no public services will be held. Arrangements are by Mauk & Yates Funeral Home Inc., Altoona.
