Thomas P. Quinn, 75, Altoona, died Friday. He was the son of Donavan Quinn and Margaret (Ferguson). Surviving are his children, Tammy, Tommy Jr., Ryan and Joey; siblings: James, Daniel, Betty, Nina, and Dorothy; a sister-in-law, Mary; eight grandchildren; and close friends and caregivers: Jodee, Shane and Patty.
