I turn 80 this year and, for my entire life, the Russians have been an enemy of the United States of America and to the values of democracy, free speech, freedom to gather and protest and free and fair elections. When the USSR broke up in 1991, there appeared, what many viewed as, an opportunity for a democratic Russia. But that was not to be. It’s funny how a letter writer rationalizes some key bullet points about this current administration. Downplaying the insurrection; yes, he seems to take issue with that nasty word. And that is exactly what it was, an insurrection. Then he goes on to sugar coat what I can assume he’s referring to all the dear little executive orders passed in rapid fire. Broken promises in gas line project

The gas line replacement project has been nothing short of a disaster in our area. Full of lies and broken promises, we were told that the project would be minimally invasive, promised that once it was completed, our yards, alley and street would be put back in pre-project condition.
