I am writing to ask you to vote for Lou Schmitt to be our judge. I have known Lou since he was a grade-schooler at Saint Mary’s school in Altoona. We were childhood friends, and played basketball at the “Tot Lot” in our Dutch Hill neighborhood. As a kid, he was tough, because he had to be.
