I have served Blair County as a police officer for 24 years. I am also a proud veteran. I have appeared in front of many magistrates with my cases. Fred Miller was a special magistrate. What made him great was not because he was an attorney, but because he was a special person who ran a great courtroom. A higher education does not mean you are a good fit.
