The family of Thomas Charles Kerns is saddened to announce his passing at the age of 83 on Sept. 22, 2026, in Chesapeake, Va. Rand T. Killian passed away quietly on Aug. 15, 2026, at his home in Hollidaysburg after a four-year battle with cancer. He was 68 years old. Rand was born in Harrisburg, son of the late Huston Killian and Dorothea Bunn Killian. He is survived by three brothers: Huston Killian and wife, Jennifer, of Marysville; Scott Killian and his husband, Ron, of North Bergen, N.J.; and Douglas Killian and his wife, Judith, of Dauphin; and numerous nephews and nieces. Surviving are three daughters: Renee Blinn, Alicia Hussey and Kelly Feather; six grandchildren: Kayla, Dyllen, Robert, Gabbriella, Noah and Seth; 10 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Ralph Arnsparger.
