Virginia (Rabits) Cassarly, 88, of State College, formerly of Altoona, died Thursday. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late George and Maxine (Gardner) Cassarly. Surviving are her children, Christopher and Jennifer Rabits; and grandsons, Patrick and Phillip. She was preceded in death by three sons: Craig, Steve and Patrick Rabits; and her former husband, Frank Rabits. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 5519 Sixth Ave., Altoona, with Father John Lynam, celebrant.
