Richard L. “Richie” Vincent, 57, of Altoona, passed away Monday afternoon at his residence. He was born in Altoona, the son of Richard L. Sr. and Helen C. (McKendree) Vincent. Surviving are his parents; a son, Justin Vincent; and a brother, Christopher Vincent. He was a 1986 graduate of Altoona Area High School and was a carrier for Quest Diagnostics for 28 years.
