Judith A. Leap, 84, Cresson, died Monday. She was a daughter of the late Mason and Anna (Ocelnik) McCreary. Judith was also preceded in death by her daughter, Mandy Luke; siblings: Valentine Ocelnik, Laverne Gossard, Madeline Kick and (infant) Virginia McCreary; and granddaughter, Katie Wagner. Surviving are her husband, Orie; children: Orie, Daryl, Doug and Megan Leap and Cindy Caputo; a son-in-law, Andy Luke; several grandchildren; and a brother, Mason McCreary. Joseph Allen Troutman, 71, Altoona, passed away Sunday. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Beanie and Rose (Sinisi) Troutman. He is survived by his loving wife, Marlene; daughters, Tara Troutman and Lynsay Montgomery; a son, Dwaine Harris; grandchildren: Mayson Becker, Zyle Smith, George Jackson-Shepard, Gaheim Jackson and Niobe Jackson; a sister, Dawn J. Desborough; and his aunt, Karen. Friends will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 26, 2025, at Santella Funeral Home. Reginald S. Arford, 66, of Hollidaysburg, passed away peacefully on Sunday at UPMC Passavant, McCandless. He was born in Altoona, the son of the late Clair R. and Louise (Brown) Arford. Reginald is survived by his loving sister, Susan M. Arford of Hastings; and numerous cousins, including: Luther Brown, Margaret Ebersole and Jan Arford. He was preceded in death by his aunts: Alma Arford, Theda Arford, Grace Brown and Mae Brown.
