Elizabeth Ellen Hall

Elizabeth Ellen Hall, 81, Altoona, died Oct. 31, 2025. She was born in Baltimore, daughter of the late Hoy F. and M. Florence (Smith) Carder. Surviving are children: Veronica Burgess, Larry W., Stephanie McFarland and Erica Garman; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and sister, Connie E. Carder. She was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Larry M. Hall; and a granddaughter, Brandy. Friends will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 10, 2025, at Jon C. Russin Funeral Home Inc., Bellwood. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025, at the funeral home.
