Jennifer T. (Clapper) Slippey, 54, of Duncansville, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Alton P. Clapper and Joyce (Linn) Swab.
She married Adam Slippey in 1996.
Surviving are her husband of 29 years; two sisters, Leslie Jackson and Beth Ann Cravner; and four brothers: Alton L., Timothy, Steve and Jon Clapper.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Paula Ruckman.
Jen graduated from Hollidaysburg Area Senior High School and was a homemaker.
She enjoyed community events, was a longtime Curve baseball fan and enjoyed spending time with her many friends and pets.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Calvary Baptist Church, Altoona.
Arrangements are by Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg.
Private interment at St. Johns Cemetery.
