Brian K. Swank, 45, Portage, died Saturday.

He was born in Butler, son of Keith Swank and the late Carol (DeFelice) Swank.

Surviving are his father; his wife of 21 years, Susan (Burkett) Swank; two children: Jacob and Maryn; a brother, Aaron, of Denver, Colo.; his mother-in-law, Mary Burkett; two brothers-in-law: Jeremy Burkett and Josh Burkett; and a sister-in-law, Kellie Burkett. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2014, at Serenko-Claar Funeral Home PC, Portage, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2014.
