Michelle M. Sherman, 53, 704 St. Thomas St., Gallitzin, charged by Allegheny Town­ship police with retail theft at Walmart, 2600 Plank Road, Altoona, July 15. Charge was moved to nontraffic court Jan. 10.

Derrick S. Spangler, 31, 612 Jade Ave., Altoona, charged by Logan Township police with two counts of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct at his residence, Oct. 12. Charge of disorderly conduct was moved to nontraffic court; other charges were withdrawn Jan. 17.

Charges waived to court Jan. 3-19:

Ashley N. Grassmyer, 25, 142 Stanford Lane, Altoona, charged by Logan Township police with conspiracy, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct on the 600 block of Yale Lane, Oct. 24.

Eric J. Vey, 604 Bell Ave., Altoona, charged by Allegheny Township police with DUI and two summary traffic violations at state Route 1001 and Sellers Drive, Nov. 24.

Zachary A. Palladini, 27, 1218 13th Ave., second floor, front, Altoona, charged by Logan Township police with resisting arrest and retail theft at Gabe’s, 516 W. Plank Road, Altoona, Nov. 7.

Lee S. Stein Jr., 25, 509 N. First St., Bellwood, charged by Logan Township police with DUI and two summary traffic violations at Grandview Road and Ponderosa Drive, Nov. 19.

Charles M. Hann, 33, 416 Second Ave., Altoona, charged by Logan Township police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of criminal attempt, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at Motel 6, Dec. 15.

Jean A. Shaffer, 52, 154 Cranberry St., Tyrone, charged by Allegheny Township police with terroristic threats at Walmart, 2600 Plank Road, Altoona, Nov. 4.

Kip L. Barnes, 61, 1195 Maple Hollow Road, Duncansville, charged by Allegheny Township police with DUI and three summary traffic violations on the 2700 block of state Route 1001, Oct. 28.
