Service remembers patriot, Loysburg founder

An America250 Remembrance service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 1, at the grave site of Martin Loy Sr., who is the founder of Loysburg and is considered to be a patriot of the revolutionary era. The cemetery where he is buried is owned and operated by the Loysburg Cemetery Association, which is sponsoring the event.
