Melora Frances “Fran” Kelly, 95, of Altoona, peacefully passed away Sunday. She was born in Welland, Ontario, Canada, the daughter of the late James P. and Martha Louise (Lewis) Hill. Frances was preceded in death by her husband, James; and a son, Joseph. Surviving are two sons, Michael and Douglas Kelly; three grandchildren; and a great-grandson. Frances retired as an Educator/Administrator from the United States Navy with 22 years of service. At Fran’s request, there will be no visitation or services. Arrangements are by E.
