Kenneth H. Moran

Kenneth H. Moran, 36, of Altoona, passed away Sunday at his residence. He was born in Altoona, the son of Earnest Moran and Joan Johnson. Ken is survived by his parents; a daughter, Tatum Moran of Altoona; a brother, Travis Wilson of Altoona; and sisters, Barbara Maulding in Illinois and Jessica Seifelnasr in Maryland. He worked in construction and enjoyed playing video games, taking walks, camping, going to the movies and spending time with his family. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by The Stevens Mortuary Inc., 1421 Eighth Ave., Altoona.

Christopher Michael Musselman

Christopher Michael Musselman, 41, of rural Roaring Spring, died Saturday. He was born in Altoona, a son of Charles and the late June (Ake) Musselman. Surviving are his father; brother, Brandon; sister, Stephanie Nicole, and her children; and grandmother, Phyllis. Chris loved music, nature, reading, writing and mythology. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Friends will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 18, 2025, at Fink & Stone Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., Martinsburg. A time of sharing will begin at 7 p.m.

Joseph V. Tittle, 87, of Hollidaysburg, died Monday. He was born in East Stroudsburg, a son of the late Joseph and Edna (Hubler) Tittle. He was preceded in death by his wife, Judith; and a sister, Joanna Reynolds. Alice A. Chappell, 95, of Blue Knob, passed away Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025, at home. She was born April 15, 1930, in Claysburg, daughter of the late Herbert R. and Ada M. (Dively) Walter. On Jan. 7, 1950, in Claysburg, she married Harry H. Chappell. He preceded her in death on April 29, 1994. Surviving is a son, Harry H.
