Reginald S. Arford, 66, of Hollidaysburg, passed away peacefully on Sunday at UPMC Passavant, McCandless. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Clair R. and Louise (Brown) Arford. Reginald is survived by his loving sister, Susan M. Arford, of Hastings; and numerous cousins, including Luther Brown, Margaret Ebersole and Jan Arford. Kevin A. Bowman, 50, of Altoona, passed away Saturday. He was born in Harrisburg, son of the late James and Barbara (Keller) Bowman. Surviving are his child, T.A. Bowman; and numerous siblings, nieces and nephews. Kevin worked in logistics and enjoyed VW cars, gaming and the Grateful Dead.
