Richard L. Baird Jr., 78, of Duncansville, passed away peacefully on Wednesday at Presbyterian Village, Hollidaysburg. Born in Altoona, he was the son of the late Richard L. Sr. and Betty L. (Ormsby) Baird. He married Judith L. Spangle on Oct. 8, 1966, with whom he shared 59 wonderful years of marriage.
