Patricia Ann Noel, 71, Altoona, passed away Wednesday at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Melvin “Pete” and Rona (Schroeder) Nedimyer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Noel; a brother, Robert Nedimyer; and an infant brother, Mark Nedimyer.
