Scott Hunter Gregg, 77 of Tipton, passed away Tuesday. He was born in Pittsburgh, a son of the late William D. "Bud" and Mary (Stewart) Gregg.
On May 22, 1982, in Mariemont, Ohio, he married Audrey (Becker) Gregg, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Emily Rose Gregg; two granddaughters, Alexandria and Olivia; and several nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Douglas Gregg.
Scott was an artist (painter) who devoted himself to his craft. He was also an instructor at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh for a period of time. He enjoyed listening to and studying classical music and would take the time to share his passion with anyone who wanted to listen. He was also the former president of Art in Common.
He was the caretaker of Dysart Farm and was meticulous in maintaining the properties on the farmstead.
A celebration of life for Scott Hunter Gregg will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are by Richard H. Searer Funeral Home Inc., Tyrone.
