The Cambria County commissioners’ request to raise the 2026 millage rate to 30 mills for general purposes was granted Tuesday by Cambria County President Judge Linda Fleming.

With the adopted 6.75-mill tax increase, the average homeowner’s property tax bill will increase by $71.58, county officials said.
