Logan Township planners approve Lakemont zoning change to allow for warehouse

The Logan Township Planning Commission on Tuesday voted unanimously to recommend that a portion of Lakemont near the intersection of Logan Boulevard and Convention Center Boulevard be rezoned from residential to business. Tyrone Area School Board set to adopt proposed 2026-27 budget plan

The Tyrone Area School Board plans to formally adopt the proposed 2026-27 general fund budget with a 4.9% tax increase at next Tuesday’s regular session meeting. The budget’s total revenues are set at about $31.1 million, and expenditures total about $31.9 million, leaving the district with a projected overall deficit of $885,765.
