– Michael A. Luciano Jr., 20, 110 E. Third Ave., was charged Monday with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at Fourth Street and Hudson Avenue.

– Brian P. Keller, 21, 1320 Third Ave., was charged Monday with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at Fourth Street and Hudson Avenue.

Logan Township police

– Mohammad T. Yusuf, 26, South Orange, N.J., was arrested Saturday for driving under the influence and summary traffic violations at Pleasant Valley Boulevard and 17th Street.

– Alex E. Puntiel, 28; Kelvin L. Perdomo, 23; and Kevin A. Delacruz, 23, all of Bronx, N.Y., were charged Friday with forgery, identity theft, theft by deception, criminal conspiracy, criminal attempt, access device fraud and false identification to law enforcement authorities at Verizon Wireless, 170 Falon Lane.

– Jordan Luzier, 27, no address listed, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct on North Fourth Street, Philipsburg.

– Michael C. Madden, 21, Drexel Hill, was charged Sept. 19 with furnishing alcohol to a minor at Calder Way and Sowers Street, State College.

Clearfield state police

– Georgia A. Graffius, 49, Philipsburg, will be charged with public drunkenness, retail theft, harassment and disorderly conduct following an incident Sunday evening at the Harbour Inn and Sheetz parking lot, West Front Street, Decatur Township.

– Benjamin B. Bernardi, 34, Pittsburgh, was charged with simple assault and harassment Sunday evening after allegedly striking a 35-year old Coalport woman across the face on the 1700 block of Main Street, Beccaria Township. The woman was taken to Tyrone Hospital for treatment.

– A 51-year-old Port Matilda man was the victim of identity theft on Thursday. His AT&T account was accessed, and an iPhone 6 was purchased.

– Michael Kimes, 26, 106 S. Seventh St., was charged late Friday with possession of a firearm without a license, possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property, simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment. He was arrested at 3001 Sixth Ave.

– Michael Paul Leeper of the 900 block of 29th St. was arrested Friday evening on a warrant.

– Shannon R. Laratonda, 27, East Freedom, was arrested early Sunday for driving under the influence at 53rd Street and Sixth Avenue.

Hollidaysburg state police

– A Tyrone Township man reported a burglary at his residence that occurred Aug. 30. This occurred while he was at church. The victim noticed money missing from the residence on Aug. 31. He reported the incident after learning of a separate burglary that occurred to a neighboring residence.

Bedford state police

– A burglary was committed Friday night at the Battery Warehouse, 9470 Lincoln Highway, Snakespring Township, Bedford County. The burglar entered through a window and took $170.

Ebensburg state police

– Thomas James Schloski, 43, Colver, was charged with theft by unlawful taking for using three credit cards of StarPrint Publications Inc. of Portage Township. He was only permitted to use one card for fuel and work-related items.

Clearfield state police

– A 22-year-old Morrisdale man on Thursday was transported to Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College, suspected of overdosing on synthetic marijuana.

– Michael Dantos, 44, 204 Ivyside Estates Lane, was arrested Saturday afternoon on Avalon Road and charged with driving under the influence after an alleged hit-and-run accident.

– Harold Wheland Jr., 37, 2074 Old Sixth Ave. Road, was arrested Saturday afternoon at Kmart, 528 W. Plank Road, and charged with retail theft.

– Bryan D. Shultz, 48, no known address, was arrested Friday morning on the 1200 block of East Pleasant Valley Boulevard and charged with simple assault and related charges stemming from a domestic dispute.

– Robert A. Dewitt, 35, 748 S. Center Ave., Somerset, faces theft and related charges over an alleged theft of a cellphone on Thursday at the Logan Valley Mall McDonald’s restaurant.

– A resident on the 2000 block of Campus View Drive reported someone threw a bottle of Yuengling beer and smashed out the rear window of his 2009 GMC Yukon on Thursday.

– Abdaurahman M. Abdaurahman, 20, 112 Baker Lane, was arrested late Thursday on Rider Farm Road and charged with driving under the influence and several traffic violations. A passenger, Spencer Bock, 21, Carnegie, will be charged with furnishing alcohol to minors.

– John William Dixon, 48, Williamsburg, is charged with criminal mischief after allegedly keying a truck in the parking lot of Lowe’s on Sept. 7.

– A red, Eskel bicycle was found Sept. 7 on the hillside along I-99 behind Best Buy near 17th Street.

– Dana M. Allen, 29, Bellwood, was arrested Aug. 25 at her home and charged with simple assault and harassment stemming from an alleged incident on the 200 block of Priority Street.

-Lean N. McKeon, 18, Swarthmore, was charged with underage drinking after she was found lying on the sidewalk on the 2400 block of Campus View Drive and taken to UPMC Altoona for a suspected alcohol overdose.

– Frank J. Nause Jr., 31, 1811 Fourth Ave., was arrested Aug. 23 at Giant Eagle in Logan Town Centre and charged with retail theft and corruption of minors.

– Matthew S. Cole, 46, Cambria County, was arrested Aug. 23 on West Plank Road on a Cambria County cost and fines warrant.

– Jayd L. Wyman, 20, Wayne, N.J., was arrested Aug. 22 at 2200 Campus View Drive and charged with underage drinking.

– A set of four outdoor lights were taken from a driveway on the 1600 block of Princeton Road between 3 and 5 a.m. Aug. 20.

– A Walther PPK .380-caliber pistol was stolen Aug. 7 from a vehicle parked on the 700 block of Kaufman Hollow Road in East St. Clair Township.

– Trever Merkel, 19, Hyndman, was arrested Friday on Business Route 220 in Bedford Township and charged with driving under the influence.

– Ashley Dodson, 28, Hopewell, was charged with harassment after an alleged incident Sunday night on Burnett Street in Hopewell Borough.

  • An unidentified person stole guns and cash Thursday from a 23-year-old victim along Pavia Road in Pavia Township.
  • An unidentified person stole a chainsaw and lawnmower from storage sheds Wednesday at a storage business along Business Route 220, Bedford Township.

Philipsburg state police

  • Police are investigating after someone accessed a Philipsburg man’s debit card in July and August and made purchases totaling over $4,000.
  • A juvenile allegedly bit a 54-year-old man’s arm Friday during an argument in Port Matilda.

– Michael A. Friedenberger, 40, of 510 12th St., Apt. 1, was arrested early Saturday and charged with driving under the influence for an alleged incident on the 1500 block of Seventh Avenue.

Bedford state police

– Police are investigating the theft of 300 gallons of gasoline from a fuel tank between July 31 and Aug. 9 on the 100 block of Hite Hollow Road in Londonderry Township.

– Several items were stolen from a vehicle between 12:30 and 7 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Clarence Street., Hyndman.

– Police are investigating an attempted burglary that took place between 7 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Aug. 29 on the 2900 block of Second Avenue, Apt. 2.

Hollidaysburg state police

– A Harley Davidson Ironhead motorcycle was stolen between 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. July 25 from a home along Burns Drive in Tyrone Township. The motorcycle is reported to have a mint green paint job.

Logan Township police

– Items, including a Garmin GPS system, and $15,000 were taken from two vehicles on Windsor Drive between 4 and 8 a.m. on Friday.

– Christopher D. Patrick, 20, of Pottstown was cited for purchase, possession, consumption or transportation of alcohol and public drunkenness for an alleged incident at 11:56 p.m. Aug. 29 on the 500 block of Grandview Road.

– Someone spray painted profanity Aug. 22 on the roadway at South Dartmouth Lane and East Pleasant Valley Boulevard.

– Street signs at Yale Lane and Rosehill Drive Extension were damaged between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Tuesday, when they were struck by a vehicle. Damage was valued at $180.

– Police responded to about nine reports of thefts from and damages to vehicles Aug. 29 in the Eldorado neighborhood. Those with information is asked to contact police.

– Tiffany R. Caddy, 42, was arrested on an outstanding warrant at a business on Broad Avenue at 11 p.m. Aug. 29 after officers responded to reports of suspicious activity.

– Angela R. Bookhammer of 308 Second St., Huntingdon, was arrested Aug. 29 on suspicion of DUI after officers allegedly saw her driving unsafely near the intersection of Frankstown Road and Park Avenue and 5580 Goods Lane.

– Derrick W. Bridenstine of 8470 Salem St., Three Springs, was arrested and charged with suspicion of DUI, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia for an alleged incident about 6:30 p.m. Monday on the 500 block of West Plank Road. Police said Bridenstine was swerving on the roadway, and a used syringe and packet of heroin were found in his vehicle.

Philipsburg state police

– James W. Goss, 54, of Osceola Mills was arrested Tuesday night and charged with disorderly conduct for an alleged incident on Beaver Street in Philipsburg. Police said Goss stood up from his wheelchair and urinated on a sidewalk.

Rockview state police

– Three Brooklyn, N.Y., residents face fraud charges after officers said they found 26 fraudulent credit cards in their vehicle. Ashem R. Jamaal, 26, Fatimah Crowder, 30, and Julie Ramirez, 23, were arrested and charged with dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, identity theft, possessing instruments of crime and access device fraud for an alleged incident Saturday night on Interstate 80 in Snow Shoe Township, Clearfield County. Officers said they conducted a traffic stop, and, when Jamaal refused to allow police to search the car, officers obtained a search warrant, finding 26 fraudulent credit cards in various locations of the vehicle. They were each arraigned and lodged in Centre County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.

– Jevaughni D. Henry, 21, Washington, D.C.; Kristi Spiro, 19, Philadelphia; James D. Pro, Brookhaven; Robert A. Nolen, 19, North Wales; and Ryan G. Eid, 19, Philadelphia, were charged Friday with a violation of the township’s disorderly gathering ordinance on the 400 block of Grandview Road.

– Joshua S. Claycomb, 33, Hopewell, was charged Aug. 24 with possession of drug paraphernalia on the 700 block of Farmers Valley Road,

Hopewell Township.

– Anthony Staab, 55, Trafford, was charged Aug. 27 with disorderly conduct at UPMC Bedford?Memorial hospital, Snake Spring Township.
