Norfolk Southern Corp. announced a quarterly dividend of $1.35 per share on its common stock.

The dividend is payable Feb. 20 to shareholders of record on Feb. 6.

The company has paid a dividend on its common stock for 174 consecutive quarters since its formation in 1982.

F.N.B. Corp. declares $0.12 per share cash dividend

The board of directors of F.N.B. Corp. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable on March 16 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 2.

The company has total assets of more than $50 billion and approximately 350 banking offices throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Washington, D.C., and Virginia.
