The Blair County Chamber of Commerce Committee of Non-Profit Businesses will hold its first Best Practices Forum of 2021 from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Feb. 5 at U.S. Hotel in Hollidaysburg.

There is also an opportunity to access the program on Zoom.

The topic will be, “Human Trafficking: It’s Happening Everywhere.” Speaker will be Ashley Owens, Children’s Advocacy Center director at Family Services Inc.

The cost to attend is $15 for chamber members and $20 for nonmembers. In-person attendance will include a continental breakfast.
