What products or services does your company provide?

At our store location, we provide chemicals, parts, accessories, professional water testing and advice regarding hot tubs, pools and swim spas. We also provide quotes, construction and service and repair of above-ground and in-ground pools, hot tubs and swim spas.

Who are your customers?

Anyone who has a pool, hot tub or swim spa or is in the market for aquatic products.

What is your business day like?

We have full days of completing water tests, educating, ordering and providing parts to our customers. We also meet with potential customers to educate, provide quotes and help plan their backyard dreams. Our construction crew is busy making those dreams a reality.

What is the best business advice you have received?

Always stay honest and transparent.

What is the most important thing you’ve learned on the job?

The most important thing is to always continue learning. If we don’t know the best way to solve a problem, we turn to our manufacturing representatives or someone with extensive experience and knowledge in one particular area to help formulate a solution. We are always open to learning new techniques, as this should be an ever-evolving industry.

What does the future hold?

We are continuing to grow and hope to always have the most innovative and progressive products on the market.

What have you read lately that has influenced your business life?

This summer, most of our reading has been about products and tools to progress and improve what we can offer our customers. We are always looking for new and improved features.
