Shenandoah presents Leadership Awards WINCHESTER, Va. –– Madison Cavalet of Lilly was among the winners of the Shenandoah University Student Government Association’s 2024 Leadership Awards. EVERETT –– Several students from Northern Bedford County High School, Loysburg, who attend the Bedford County Technical Center in Everett were inducted into the BCTC’s National Technical Honor Society in the fall.
