Cresson Public Library announces activities

Cresson Public Library has announced December and January activities. Pop-Up Craft Days: On Tuesdays, Dec. 2 and 16, children can stop by the library to make winter-themed DIY crafts. All materials and instructions are provided on the table in the children’s section. Story Time and Activity Hour: Story Time will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturdays, Dec. 13 and 27. Roaring Spring library sets December programs

Roaring Spring Community Library has announced its December programs. Library hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday. The library is closed on Fridays. Each year, the Patton Garden Club explores the local communities searching out extraordinary home gardens. Categories can range from flower gardens to vegetable and herb gardens and are judged on design, visual effect and creativity.
