EBENSBURG — The third annual Rumble Through The Valley Motorcycle Festival will be held July 31 and Aug. 1 at the American Legion Fairgrounds in Ebensburg. Founded in 2024, the Rumble Through The Valley Motorcycle Festival organization is made up of local business leaders who wanted to bring a new event into the Johnstown area.
