Dinner to help man in need of liver

A benefit dinner will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, at the Duncansville Municipal Complex, 315 14th St., to raise funds and awareness for Alex Walter, who is searching for a liver donor.

Tickets are $12 for adults and $8 for children, at the door. The meal includes spaghetti, roll, side salad, drink and dessert.

There will also be a basket fundraiser, bake sale, music and more.
