Central Pennsylvania Humane Society
Roxi is a 3-year-old female redbone coonhound mix who weighs 30 to 40 pounds. Anyone familiar with hound dogs will be great. She can live with kids, cats and other dogs. She is initially shy but once she feels comfortable she starts to open up.
Doris is a 3-year-old female who came to the shelter heavily pregnant. After raising her kittens, she is ready for a home of her own. She can live with kids and other cats. She would do well with calmer dogs.

Mending Hearts Animal Rescue
Trixie is a fluffy 1-year-old female who is spayed and current on vaccinations. She needs an owner who will spend time with her. No young kids please. Another calm cat or cat-friendly dog would be OK. If interested, call Deb at 814-931-3221.

Huntingdon County Humane Society
Cherry is a 1-year-old female cat who was found as a stray. She is spayed, updated on her rabies vaccine, microchipped and litter-trained.
Loki is a male Boston terrier mix who was found as a stray. He will be neutered, updated on vaccines and microchipped prior to adoption.
Animals such as these are available for adoption at the Huntingdon County Humane Society, School House Hollow Road, Huntingdon. Hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
