UNIVERSITY PARK — Pen State junior ice hockey player Reese Laubach was named the Big Ten Third Star of the Week following his performances against Michigan this past weekend. Laubach earned his first weekly accolade and the fourth of his career. He paced the Big Ten with three goals and four points over the weekend registering a pair of multi-point games in a 4-4 tie. UNIVERSITY PARK — Sean Harvey was named the EIVA Offensive Player of the Week for the second time this season after leading the No. 16 Penn State men’s volleyball team to a pair of conference wins over Princeton over the weekend. Harvey hit .333 with 4.25 kills, 1.38 digs, and 0.75 blocks per set over Penn State’s two wins. He opened the road trip with a career-high 22 kills on .325 hitting in addition to eight digs, four blocks, and one ace in a five-set victory on Friday.
