Jane A. Holsinger, 59, of Altoona, passed away Sunday at Maybrook Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Altoona. She was born in Altoona, daughter of Lois (Haman) and the late Clair Diehl Sr. Surviving are her daughter, Nicole Freedman (Dave); a son, Eric (Chantel); two granddaughters; her mother; four sisters: Sonia Pike, Ann Kelly (Dennis), Rena Hoover (Joe) and Laura Fagan; four brothers: Clair Diehl Jr. (Barb), Philip (Karen), Matt (Danielle) and James; and many nieces and nephews. Theresa A. McCloskey, 87, of Gallitzin, passed away Sunday. She was the daughter of the late Walter and Anna (Kulak) Wilk. She was preceded in death by her husband, William C. McCloskey; son, Daniel; and sister, Helen. Surviving is her loving daughter, Diann McCloskey; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as her honorary grandchildren, Adrianna and Jelana Boldizar. A gathering of friends will be held from 1 until the 2 p.m. memorial service Thursday, July 3, 2025, at Gibbons Funeral Home, 301 Church St., Gallitzin. Interment will be at St Patrick’s Cemetery, Gallitzin.

Pamela J. Peacock, 59, of Irvona, died June 17, 2025, at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Altoona, the daughter of Raymond Donald Peacock and Mary Alice Noel Peacock. She was employed as a graphic designer for the USDA in Washington, D.C. She was a social member of the Richard L. Beers VFW Post 7043 in Coalport, Reade Volunteer Fire Company and Five Points Church. James W. Weaver, 62, of Hollidaysburg, passed away Sunday at his residence after an extended illness. He was born in Roaring Spring, son of the late Clyde and Carol (Walters) Weaver. Surviving are four brothers: David, Robert, Donald and Rollins; several aunts and uncles; and many nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Beverly.
