Rinehart W. “Buck” Replogle, 76, of Venice, Fla., formerly of Altoona, passed away unexpectedly on Monday. He was born in Altoona, the son of Richard W. and Ethel “Betty” (Kaufman) Replogle. On Feb. 10, 1973, he married Susan M. Pasquino.
