Edna Amelia Roland, 90, Duncannon, formerly of Williamsburg, died Tuesday. She was born in Williamsburg, daughter of the late Frank and Joanna Forshey. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Duane Oakes Sr. and Dorsey Roland; and five siblings. Surviving are children: Duane Jr., Paul and Kathi Oakes and Faith Spitler; several grandchildren; and stepchildren: Dorsey, Craig and Faith Roland, Rose Allison and Karen Barber. Terry L. Thompson Jr., 54, of Altoona, passed away Tuesday. He was born in Altoona, the son of Judith (Becker) and the late Terry L. Thompson Sr. Surviving are his wife of 23 years, Christy Kimmel; daughters, Dylyn Thompson (Jon) and Chelsey Brown (Devin); a son, Deacon (Olivia); eight grandchildren; a sister, Mona McClellan (Mike); and best friends, Lance and Patch.
