HOLLIDAYSBURG — A Blair County board is recommending a new company take over inmate medical care for $3.73 million annually in the first year of a three-year contract. Armor Health, a Florida-based company, was one of five companies responding to Blair County’s request for bids in light of the county’s contract with PrimeCare Medical that’s due to expire this year.
