Linda Lee (Woodcock) Hale, 83, of Altoona, passed away at home Thursday. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late John Kenneth "Ken" Woodcock and Gertrude Mae (Freet) Woodcock.
Linda is survived by her children: Alisha Hale, Lance (Darlene) Hale, Curt Hale, Justin (Elizabeth) Wilkinson and Jason (Linzi) Wilkinson; her grandchildren: Kaysee (Andrew) Miller, Ryan (Brooke) Hale, Madison Hale, Laila Wilkinson, Evelyn Wilkinson and Ellie Wilkinson; her great-grandchildren, Owen and Landon; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by five sisters; and a daughter-in-law.
Linda was a 1961 graduate of Altoona High School and a graduate of Altoona School of Commerce.
She retired from Walmart, Plank Road, Altoona, where she worked for many years.
There will be no public services. Private services will be at the discretion of the family.
Arrangements are by Myers-Somers Funeral Home Inc., 501 Sixth Ave., Altoona.
