Tommy E. "Tee" Lacy, 65, of Altoona, died Nov. 23, 2025. He was born in Plymouth, N.C., to Lucy Mae (Peel) who survives, and the late Edward Lacy Jr. Tommy was also predeceased by a brother, Michael. Surviving are his wife, Tina; children: Valerie, Ashley and Tomeka; siblings: Bruce, Theresa, Antonio, Kenneth and Patricia Lacy and Lisa White; and seven grandchildren. Friends and family are welcome at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025, with a funeral service to begin at 11 a.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 2121 Fifth Ave., Altoona. Lunch will follow at the church. Arrangements are by Santella Funeral Home.
