Ronald E. McMillan Jr.

Surviving are his mother, Marion; a sister, Tammy Poplardo (Nick); four brothers: Chris McMillan (Brenda), Randy McMillan (Wanda), Jeff McMillan (Donna) and Shawn McMillan; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his son, Ian Shane; and his father, Ronald E. Sr.

Ronald graduated from Millville Senior High School in New Jersey. He later graduated from Pittsburgh Art Institute.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping and was an avid Steelers fan. He also enjoyed spending time with his Uncle Allen.

Ronald was a member of the NRA and Blair County Association. He collected trains and was a Civil War enthusiast and a fan of Johnny Cash and John Wayne.

He was an avid painter and had a special gift for painting portraits.

Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 10, 2025, at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home Inc., 719 N. Fourth Ave., Altoona; and from 10 until the 11 a.m. funeral service Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at the funeral home. Interment will be made at Grandview Cemetery.
