PATTON — Megan Oyler scored four goals, and Jenna Brown had four assists and a goal as Bedford dominated Cambria Heights, 12-1, in high school girls soccer on Wednesday.

Kiley Horne delivered two goals and an assist, and Amber Thomas had a goal and two assists for Bedford

Kelly Bassett scored the Lady Highlanders’ lone goal.
