James Christopher Mock

James Christopher Mock, 70, of Altoona, died Monday. He was born in Altoona, a son of the late George and Helen (Einodshofer) Mock. He was also preceded in death by siblings, David and Kathleen. Surviving are his wife, Sandra; children, Christopher and Amber Varner; granddaughter, Eleanor Varner; brother, Joseph; and best fur friends, “Pugsley” and “Munch.” Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at The Good Funeral Home Inc., 108 Alto-Reste Park, Altoona. A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 27, 2025, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 1405 Fifth Ave., Altoona.
