MARTINSBURG — Bellwood-Antis downed Central and Bald Eagle Area in high school track and field action on Tuesday.

Ella Cherry took the 100-meter dash, 200-meter dash, long jump and triple jump, and Emma Taneyhill won the shot put, discus and javelin as the Bellwood girls beat Central, 106-44, and BEA, 117-33. Chloe Stoltzfus won both hurdles events.

Miles Smearman (100 and 200 dashes), Cameron Nelson (both hurdles) and Jayce Quick (shot put and discus) each won two events to help the Bellwood boys top Central, 105-45, and BEA, 127-23.

The Central boys topped BEA, 101-48, with Jacob Heuston winning the 800 run and pole vault, and the Central girls beat BEA, 96-54, with Lanee Berkhimer placing first in the 800 and 1600 runs.

LEWISTOWN — Behind three individual wins from Hannah Owulade, the Altoona girls cruised past Mifflin County, 126-24.

Owulade won the 100 hurdles, triple jump and long jump. Sophia O’Dea (100 and 200 dashes), Ashlyn Noce (1600 and 3200 runs) and Kihlee Noel (shot put and discus) each won two events for the Lady Lions.

The Altoona boys pulled out a 77-73 victory with Noah Stump winning both hurdles events.

Jack Singer won the 800 run for the BG boys, and Mary Haigh won the 200 dash for the BG girls.
