Locals face minefield at Hershey

Trio of girl wrestlers headed for state finals

Northern Bedford’s Jordyn Fouse, Chestnut Ridge’s Patton Plummer and Camryn Steinbuch of Bedford will compete this weekend in the PA Girls High School State Wrestling Championships. The event will be held at Central Dauphin High School in Harrisburg this Sunday. Recently, the trio competed against nearly 200 other girls from around the state in regional wrestling tournaments. Six wrestlers from the Mirror coverage advanced to the semifinals of the Southwest Regional Class 2A Tournament on Friday at Peters Township High School’s AHN Arena in McMurray.
