The Dragons held the undefeated Bison to just 14 first-half points, but unfortunately for Central, it mustered just 1 yard of offense itself in the opening two quarters and trailed 14-0 at the break. Glendale escapes scare from Golden Tide

FLINTON — Glendale and Curwensville went back and forth Friday night with the Vikings scoring 14 in the first quarter and the Golden Tide answering with 14 in the third quarter. After Curwensville quarterback Tyler Dunn raced 51 yards to even the score with 7:15 remaining in the third quarter, the Golden Tide had all the momentum. THREE SPRINGS — Juniata Valley had a two-score lead on Southern Huntingdon at the half, but the Green Hornet coaching staff wasn’t thrilled with the lackluster play of the offensive line through the first two quarters.
