Notable: Freshman Bailey Hull is leading Southern Fulton with a scoring average of 23.9 points per game. … Junior Claire Harvey started the first 10 games for the Lady Indians and averaged 20.2 points per game — and scored 20 points in Southern Fulton’s 59-39 win over Northern Bedford on Dec. 18 — but left a Jan. 6 loss against Everett and has not played since. … Northern Bedford defeated Southern Fulton on the road in the semifinals of last year’s District 5 playoffs. … The Lady Panthers have won nine District 5 championships — one in 2A in 2022 — and the other eight in 1A — 1979, 1980, 1989, 1990, 1992, 1996, 2007 and 2025. … Southern Fulton has won seven titles — also one in 2A in 1975 — and the other six in 1A in 2003, 2005, 2011, 2012, 2014 and 2016. … Since 2006, Southern Fulton is 28-17 against Northern Bedford but is just 3-9 since Feb. 17, 2021.
