CRESSON — Penn Cambria rallied from a halftime deficit to beat Westmont Hilltop, 52-47, and improve to 11-3 in high school girls basketball on Wednesday.
Rachel Fisher scored 22 points to lead the Lady Panthers, who went 14-for-16 from the foul line.
