FRIDAY

Hollidaysburg (6-0) at Jersey Shore (5-1), 7

Notable: Jersey Shore has been one of the best teams in the state since 2019. From '19-'24, it went 66-12.

Bellefonte (2-4) at Philipsburg-Osceola (4-2), 7

Notable: Red Raiders have won 10 of the last 11 matchups, including 43-0 last year, but lost in 2023.

Bishop Guilfoyle (5-1) at Bellwood-Antis (3-3), 7

Notable: Blue Devils haven't beaten BG since 2012, but area coaches picked B-A to win this LHAC division.

Central (1-5) at Penns Valley (0-6), 7

Notable: Dragons are 14-2 against the Rams in the last 16 meetings with the only two losses (2018-2019).

Chestnut Ridge (3-3) at Penn Cambria (5-1), 7

Notable: This is the fifth year in a row the teams have played, and Penn Cambria has gone 3-1 in that stretch.

Forest Hills (5-1) at Central Cambria (2-4), 7

Notable: The two schools, separated by just 14 miles, have split the last four meetings in the series.

Huntingdon (5-1) at Tyrone (3-3), 7

Notable: Golden Eagles have won five in a row in the series, including a forfeit win during the 2021 season.

McCort-Carroll (6-0) at Westmont Hilltop (0-6), 7

Notable: McCort-Carroll has a chance to finish 3-0 against the other Johnstown-based LHAC teams.

Somerset (2-4) at Bedford (1-5), at Claysburg-Kimmel H.S., 7

Notable: Bedford has won six in a row against Somerset, including a 48-14 playoff win over the Eagles in 2019.

Berlin Brothersvalley (4-2) at Tussey Mountain (3-3), 7

Notable: The Titans haven't beaten Berlin since 2013 but have only played the Mountaineers twice since.

Claysburg-Kimmel (4-2) at Glendale (1-5), 7

Notable: Vikings had won three straight in this series until last year when C-K won in the regular and postseasons.

Curwensville (2-4) at Moshannon Valley (2-4), 7

Notable: Big game for the Knights as Curwensville is a Class 2A school, which means more playoff points.

Everett (5-1) at Windber (4-1), 7

Notable: Ramblers have won this District 5 matchup the last two years by a combined total of 83-20.

Juniata Valley (5-1) at Mount Union (5-1), 7

Notable: MU has won the last two against JV, but the Green Hornets won the three previous times.

Northern Bedford (0-6) at Meyersdale (5-1), 7

Notable: Meyersdale was selected by the ICC coaches in the Blitz to win the ICC South division.

Marion Center (6-0) at Northern Cambria (3-3), 7

Notable: Stingers have been good in recent years, except against NC, which has outscored MC, 128-7 in last 4.

Portage (2-4) at Cambria Heights (5-1), 7

Notable: Mustangs have struggled against Heights in the Heritage. They are 0-3 and being outscored, 82-6.

Notable: Harrisburg leads the Mid-Penn Commonwealth and beat State College, 48-45, in 2 OT in Week 3.
